We have a strict no refund policy.
Our Digital Image Galleries pricing covers a handful of images. The rest of the gallery is completely FREE. If you place an order, that means you were satisfied enough with your images to purchase them.
We cannot control certain aspects such as how advanced that gymnast was in their routine, if they are more smiley than others, or if they were wearing a mask.
For pre-orders or meets that require signing up for coverage, you may withdrawal at any time before your gymnast has competed and request a refund. This withdrawal must be done in person at the booth or else your withdrawal is not valid and a refund will not be honored. Once we have photographed your gymnast, a refund cannot be issued despite the results of the final gallery.
We have been in the business for over 15 years and have a reputation for top quality images and competitive pricing, so it is very likely there will be many images you are satisfied with! However we cannot control many factors such as angles, how your gymnast performs, or human nature in occasionally missing a skill or part of a skill due to the fast nature and limitations of control, in a sports photography environment. It is assumed when you sign up, you acknowledge and understand these conditions.
